Carrie Darling Events ® is a Wedding and Event Planning Company, based in Naples, Florida. We Love the Beach and the Mountains so we are honored to plan Weddings and Events in Southwest Florida (Marco Island, Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, Fort Myers) year round and North Carolina during select months. Our services include Full Service Wedding and Event Planning, Wedding Day-Of Coordination, and Event Design. We produce seamless decor proposals, done with custom-built decor pieces from our workshop that complement your style and overall aestheic. Pieces that are not only stunning, but provide a purpose. In case you are hosting an outdoor reception with a candy buffet, why wouldn’t you need an LED display box to add lighting for guests to see what they are scooping into those charming take-out boxes? We invite Weddings of every size. We have done intimate Weddings of 10 guests under a dining canopy on the beach, and we have done wall to wall ballroom events of 300 attendees or more! Our 30′ x60′ warehouse of decor products we have amassed throughout the years also aids us accessorize our events. Simply put, we adore what we do, and delight in the point when everything comes together after a year of planning. In offering customized attention, we only accept just one Wedding a weekend, with a limited number of events a year.

We are not making it up, “Darling” is our real last name! Carrie sets the pen to paper, and Matt makes sparks fly in our workshop. Since 80% of the events we organize are with lovers planning Destination Weddings, we empathize with you– WE HAVE BEEN THERE! We arranged our own destination Wedding in 2010 in Asheville, NC. We hired a gifted Day-Of Coordinator, so we could kick up our heels an enjoy every minute of our special day! Sidenote: Matt constructed a rounded, white booth for our Sweetheart Table that we had to bring up in a trailer! We are committed, spirited and dreamers deep down. We definitely like to integrate a touch of whimsy into our designs. Every wedding needs to be different, which is why we like to learn more about your story too. It just might give rise to something!

Since we get awesome SUNSETS right here in Southwest Florida, the majority of our services are focused on Wedding Planning and Design. We also provide Special Event Planning for other occasions including Rehearsal/Welcome Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, “ Will You Marry Me Dinners“, Engagement Parties, Milestone Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties and any other reason to celebrate! We likewise been contacted for custom built pieces for venues or specialty rentals (depending upon our event schedule). As creatives, we are open to additional styling opportunities. Simply ask!
