Carrie Darling Events ® is a Wedding and Event Planning Company, based in Naples, Florida. We Adore the Beach and the Mountains so we are honored to arrange Weddings and Events in Southwest Florida (Marco Island, Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, Fort Myers) all year and North Carolina during specific months. Our services consist of Full Service Wedding and Event Planning, Wedding Day-Of Coordination, and Event Design. We produce seamless decor proposals, complete with custom-made decor pieces directly from our workshop that complement your style and overall aestheic. Pieces that are not only gorgeous, but provide a purpose. In case you are hosting an outdoor reception with a candy buffet, why would not you need an LED display box to add lighting for attendees to view what they are scooping into those adorable take-out boxes? We accept Weddings of any scale. We have completed intimate Weddings of 10 guests under a dining canopy on the beach, and we have done wall to wall ballroom events of 300 attendees or more! Our 30′ x60′ warehouse of decor products we have accumulated over the years also aids us accessorize our events. Put simply, we cherish what we do, and revel in the moment when it all comes together after a year of preparation. In offering specialized attention, we only accept just one Wedding a weekend, with a limited number of events a year.

We are not making it up, “Darling” is our real last name! Carrie puts the pen to paper, and Matt makes sparks fly in our workshop. Since 80% of the events we arrange are with couples planning Destination Weddings, we empathize with you– WE HAVE BEEN THERE! We arranged our own destination Wedding in 2010 in Asheville, NC. We hired a talented Day-Of Coordinator, so we could kick up our heels an indulge in every minute of our wedding day! Sidenote: Matt built a rounded, white booth for our Sweetheart Table that we had to bring up in a trailer! We are committed, passionate and dreamers at heart. We definitely like to incorporate a touch of whimsy into our designs. Every wedding ought to be unique, which is why we like to learn more about your story too. It just may give rise to something!

Since we have fantastic SUNSETS here in Southwest Florida, the majority of our services are focused on Wedding Planning and Design. We also offer Special Event Planning for other occasions including Rehearsal/Welcome Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, “ Will You Marry Me Dinners“, Engagement Parties, Milestone Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties and every other reason to celebrate! We likewise been called for custom built pieces for venues or specialty rentals (depending on our event schedule). As creatives, we are open to additional styling opportunities. Merely ask!

LaBelle is a city in and the county seat of Hendry County, Florida, United States. The population was 4,640 at the 2010 census, up from 4,210 at the 2000 census. It was named for Laura June Hendry and Carrie Belle Hendry, daughters of pioneer cattleman Francis Asbury Hendry.
LaBelle hosts the annual Swamp Cabbage Festival, which is held in honor of the Florida state tree during the last full weekend of February.
