We Adore the Beach and the Mountains so we are honored to arrange Weddings and Events in Southwest Florida (Marco Island, Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, Fort Myers) year round and North Carolina during select months. Our professional services include Full Service Wedding and Event Planning, Wedding Day-Of Coordination, and Event Design. We create seamless decor proposals, done with custom-made decor pieces directly from our workshop that complement your style and overall aestheic. Pieces that are not only stunning, but provide a purpose. If you are hosting an outdoor reception with a candy buffet, why wouldn’t you need an LED display box to add lighting for attendees to view what they are scooping into those charming take-out boxes? We accept Weddings of any size. We have done intimate Weddings of 10 wedding guests under a dining canopy on the beach, and we have undertaken wall to wall ballroom events of 300 attendees or more! Our 30′ x60′ warehouse of decor items we have gathered over the years additionally helps us accessorize our events. In other words, we adore what we do, and revel in the point when everything comes together after a year of preparation. In providing specialized attention, we only undertake one Wedding a weekend, with a limited number of events a year.

We are not making it up, “Darling” is our actual last name! Carrie sets the pen to paper, and Matt makes sparks fly in our workshop. Since 80% of the events we plan are with lovers intending Destination Weddings, we empathize with you– WE HAVE BEEN THERE! We organized our very own destination Wedding in 2010 in Asheville, NC. We hired a gifted Day-Of Coordinator, so we could kick up our heels a savor every minute of our special day! Sidenote: Matt put together a rounded, white booth for our Sweetheart Table that we had to bring up in a trailer! We are dedicated, spirited and dreamers deep down. We definitely like to integrate a touch of whimsy into our designs. Every wedding needs to be unique, which is why we like to get to know your story too. It just might give rise to something!

Given that we have awesome SUNSETS here in Southwest Florida, most of our services are focused on Wedding Planning and Design. We additionally offer Special Event Planning for other events including Rehearsal/Welcome Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, “ Will You Marry Me Dinners“, Engagement Parties, Milestone Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties and every other reason to celebrate! We likewise been contacted for custom built pieces for venues or specialty rentals (depending on our event schedule). As creatives, we are open to additional styling opportunities. Merely ask!
