This dreamy ballroom wedding hit you from the moment you entered the room. The room draping was a mixture of white drape, and a layer of peach on the back walls, that gave an extra dimension of color to the background.
The head table was the main focus of the space, and we arranged the layout so it was at the entry. That way, all the guests would walk right into the gorgeous hanging garden florals and candles hanging from the white trellis.
Instead of linen covered tables, we rented white-washed wooden tables that brought in a new texture, and then we jazzed it up with some iridescent pastel table runners. The place setting was one of the highlights, with a raised pattern charger plate soft blush napkin with a blue-glass bottle laid at an angle, and a printed fabric “Menu in a Bottle” scroll peeking out of the top. We added some tiny shells in the bottle for an extra touch.
The Wedding was on Mother’s Day, and we had a sweet little surprise for all the ladies. We brought in a floral cart, with custom lettering that we wheeled around to all the tables and personally handed out wrapped roses, similar to what they do in fancy restaurants.
And as a treat for all the guests, we had Pizza and an Ice Cream Station for the late night food- both with attractive neon signs for the stations for an added draw!
